ShopsCraft is a free e-commerce management platform designed for merchants. It provides tools to manage products, orders, inventory, and a public storefront. The core service is provided free of charge with no hidden fees or transaction commissions.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account credentials with third parties.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ShopsCraft to: sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods; engage in fraud or deceptive practices; upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property; attempt to interfere with or disrupt our systems; or violate any applicable local, national, or international law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ShopsCraft (product images, descriptions, store data). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your data.
6. Intellectual Property
The ShopsCraft name, logo, codebase, and all related materials are the exclusive property of ShopsCraft and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without written permission. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShopsCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep ShopsCraft available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency interventions that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases; you may request an export of your data within 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ShopsCraft shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Algeria.
